Changelog · current v1.14.2 · 2026-09-02
Release history.
Every feature release since 1.12, newest first. Point releases (x.y.1, x.y.2) are free for everyone on that version; feature releases (1.13 → 1.14) require an active update contract at the time they ship — the first 12 months are included with every licence.
Update contract active →You receive every release on this page automatically, the day it ships. Current: v1.14.2.
Contract lapsed →You keep the last version released while it was active — for example v1.13.2 if it lapsed in July — and its point fixes. Renew any time to jump to 1.14.2. How it works
v1.14.2
currentThe porting agent, the Pine v6 parser out of preview, multi-chart layouts up to 8 panes, and 22 new indicators. This is the release most people upgrading from 1.13 will notice.
Added
- The porting agent. State one standing instruction and it works on its own. Three ship: Port my Pine library (converts each script, then proves it bar for bar against the Pine reference — a 4-script run reports 44 clean lines, 2 unsupported and 0 differing bars in total), Watch these symbols, and Keep testing this idea. Each states what it costs before it starts, every cycle is written to a visible log with what it did, why and the number it produced, and Pause / Resume / Undo last / Stop are one click each. It refuses leverage multiples out loud, refuses a t-statistic from fewer than five trades, and names the constructs it could not convert instead of substituting a lookalike. Reachable from the same spark icon in every view header and from C. Agent docs.
- One-question onboarding. First open asks “What are you here to do?” with five answers; picking one sets the panes, indicators, dock, guards and standing instruction, explains the choice, produces the first result and states what the choice costs. Type
setupto bring it back. - Equivalence tab. Runs the converted Python beside the Pine reference over the same bars and counts every difference above tolerance, with the signal timing and every differing bar listed. On
rsi_divergence.py: 306 of 306 bars agree. - Pine v6 parser out of preview: strict booleans, dynamic
request.*arguments,ta.vwaptuple returns, newstrategy()defaults. Coverage ~1,900 functions. - Multi-chart layouts: 1 / 2 / 4 / 8 panes with per-pane or layout-wide linking of symbol, timeframe, crosshair and drawings. Ctrl+1..9 to switch.
- 22 new indicators: anchored VWAP bands, Supertrend (ATR-adaptive), Hull MA, TSI, Chaikin Money Flow, Fair Value Gaps, BOS/CHoCH market structure, Hurst exponent, session opening range, time-of-day heatmap, and 12 more. See the library.
- Converter regression test now accepts chart-data CSV exports directly.
Fixed
- EMA seeding on scripts using
ta.emainsiderequest.securitynow matches Pine on the first 50 bars. - Layouts with a hidden pane no longer reset the crosshair link on restart.
- Deribit connector: option symbols with 5-digit strikes parse correctly.
Changed
- Converter report groups warnings by category (approximated / unsupported / repainting), and every line now maps to a line on both sides — click one to follow it.
label.new()is reported as unsupported per line rather than approximated. The signal still plots; the caption is dropped and marked ✕ on both sides.- Default cache cap raised from 4 GB to 8 GB.
